  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon seven spice (or allspice)
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • Olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a food processor, finely chop the garlic, onion, and parsley.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the chopped ingredients, salt, pepper, seven spice, pomegranate molasses, and olive oil. Mix until well-blended.
