  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional, for a creamier texture)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Pat the cod fillets dry, then brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Place the seasoned fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
