  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
