- 18 graham crackers
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and wrap the outside of a 9-inch springform pan with foil.
- Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and cinnamon. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
