  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley and dill

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in mustard, red pepper flakes, parsley, dill, lemon juice, chicken broth, and cream; simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, cover, and cook for another 8-10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with additional herbs and serve hot.
