Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 3 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
- Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- Fresh dill (optional)
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cooked rice with parsley, dill, salt, and olive oil; fluff with a fork.
- Melt 2 Tbsp butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
