  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise, scoop out seeds, and place cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roast for 30-40 minutes until tender. Let cool slightly before shredding the flesh into strands with a fork.
  3. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the shredded squash and stir until well coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
