Description

Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars are a delectable dessert that masterfully combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the sweet, nutty flavors of traditional pecan pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in half of the chopped pecans; pour mixture over crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

– Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing.

– Chill bars in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours for easier slicing.
