Ingredients

  • 12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper. Add cubed chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers with space between pieces.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Grill skewers while brushing with olive oil until both sides are charred and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
