  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and red onions over the chicken.
  4. Pour the tzatziki sauce evenly over all ingredients.
