  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces bittersweet baking chocolate (melted)
  • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter; press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light; melt chocolate and let cool, then blend into egg mixture with vanilla and butter until smooth. Fold in chilled heavy cream.
