- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and asparagus for about 3–4 minutes until tender yet bright green.
- Deglaze the pan by adding white wine and lemon juice; let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return shrimp to the skillet along with drained pasta. Add Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
