  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 23 tablespoons ice water

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened butter, seasoning salt, and garlic powder until crumbly.
  2. Add the flour and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse sand.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the ice water one tablespoon at a time until a dough forms.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Roll out the chilled dough to about ⅛-¼ inch thick and cut into small squares.
  7. Poke holes in each square with a toothpick and bake for 12-16 minutes until golden.
