  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 avocado, diced

  3. 3. Sauté the Shrimp: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink. Pour half of the teriyaki sauce over the shrimp while cooking.
