- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or reserved pasta water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter; sauté garlic, paprika, and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth or reserved pasta water.
- Pour in heavy cream and half of the parsley; simmer for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to pan with cooked linguine and parmesan cheese; toss to combine.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with remaining parsley before serving.
