Instructions
- Prepare the pineapple by peeling, coring, and dicing it into small chunks.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Stir until well mixed and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, add the pineapple chunks and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
