- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1½ tsp ground turmeric

- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk (15 oz)
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
Instructions

- Cube the chicken and heat avocado oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
