Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 12 oz Cool Whip (divided)
- 2 packages (3.9 oz each) chocolate instant pudding
- 3 1/4 cups milk
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor or ziplock bag until finely ground. Mix with melted butter and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in 1 1/4 cups Cool Whip. Spread over the Oreo crust.
