- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 Hershey bars (broken into bits)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars using a mixer until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
- Add flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt to the creamed mixture; mix until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips.
- Using a large cookie scoop, place dollops of dough on prepared sheets about 3 inches apart.
- Bake cookies for about 10 minutes until lightly golden around the edges.
- Press mini marshmallows into each cookie before returning to bake for an additional 3–4 minutes until toasted.
- After removing from the oven again, top each warm cookie with pieces of broken Hershey bars.
- Let cool on sheets briefly before transferring to wire racks.
