Instructions
- Wash all stone fruits thoroughly. Slice around the pits of each peach, nectarine, and plum to remove them. Cut each fruit into eight pieces and place in a mixing bowl. Remove grapes from stems and add to the bowl along with mint leaves.
- In a small cup, mix honey (or maple syrup), hot water, and vanilla extract until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
- Drizzle the cooled syrup over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all fruits are evenly coated. Serve immediately or chill for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
