Description

This Stone Fruit Salad is the ultimate summer delight, perfect for gatherings or a light dessert. Featuring juicy peaches, nectarines, and plums combined with sweet grapes and fragrant mint, this salad is a colorful explosion of flavors. Drizzled with a luscious vanilla honey syrup, it’s not only delicious but also visually stunning. Serve it chilled at picnics, barbecues, or as a refreshing treat any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 peaches
  • 4 nectarines
  • 4 plums
  • 1 small bunch of grapes
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves (finely sliced)
  • 3 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash all stone fruits thoroughly. Slice around the pits of each peach, nectarine, and plum to remove them. Cut each fruit into eight pieces and place in a mixing bowl. Remove grapes from stems and add to the bowl along with mint leaves.
  2. In a small cup, mix honey (or maple syrup), hot water, and vanilla extract until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Drizzle the cooled syrup over the fruit mixture and gently toss until all fruits are evenly coated. Serve immediately or chill for at least 30 minutes for enhanced flavors.
