- 700 g strawberries
- 7 tsp lemon juice + rind of half an unwaxed lemon
- 900 g granulated sugar

- Combine ingredients: In a preserving pan, mix strawberries, peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon rind.

- Boil mixture: Increase heat to boil for 14 minutes while stirring constantly.
