Instructions

  2. Clean the mushrooms gently and remove the stems; chop the stems finely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped mushroom stems, melted butter, mozzarella cheese, clams, green onion, beaten egg, garlic, bread crumbs, and oregano. Mix well.
  4. Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture using a spoon or scoop.
