  • ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chunky & spicy salsa
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp Cajun blackened seasoning
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce
  • ⅛ tsp dried dill weed
  • 1 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn chips

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix water, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, garlic, and other marinade ingredients. Add chicken and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Prepare the dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, salsa, milk, Cajun seasoning, and herbs in another bowl. Refrigerate until needed.
  3. Grill the chicken: Preheat grill to 375–450°F. Grill chicken for 3–5 minutes per side until it reaches 165°F.
  4. Add dressing & cheese: Brush grilled chicken with dressing and top with cheese; broil for 1–2 minutes.
