  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 5 fluid ounces evaporated milk
  • 11 oz. bag white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch cake pan with parchment paper, leaving excess for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir continuously until boiling, then boil for five minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until melted. Mix in Bailey's Irish Cream and walnuts if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
