Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with avocado oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan evenly over the asparagus.
- Roast in the oven for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
