Description

Juicy Balsamic Marinated Flank Steak is the ultimate dish for any occasion, blending rich flavors with easy preparation.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 flank steak (1.52.5 lbs)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons oil from sun-dried tomatoes (or olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, oil, rosemary, and garlic in a large plastic bag or shallow dish.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least one hour—overnight is best.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and season both sides generously with coarse sea salt and pepper.
  5. Grill over direct high heat for about 4-7 minutes per side until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Let the steak rest briefly before slicing against the grain and serving.
