- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create the bang bang sauce; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Season turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper; stir well.
- Add red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli; cook for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and stir in half of the bang bang sauce until well coated.
- Serve rice topped with turkey mixture and drizzle remaining sauce on top.
