Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Combine ciabatta cubes with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  2. Season chicken breasts with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. For the dressing, mix mayonnaise, buttermilk, 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, toss chopped romaine with croutons. Slice grilled chicken and place on top. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
