  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • ½ cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Peel and slice sweet potatoes into thin medallions; arrange in a baking dish.
