- ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Instructions
- Prepare the pickling brine by boiling apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and turmeric in a saucepan until dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
- Wash and dry two wide-mouth jars. Slice cucumbers and onions thinly.
