  • 28 oz can fire-roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 34 cups beef broth

Instructions

  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and pepper in the bacon grease for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook an additional minute.
  3. Add turkey sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
  4. Stir in all remaining ingredients, including chopped bacon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes.
