Ingredients
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream, milk, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Warm without boiling.
