Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, egg white, cornstarch, salt, flour, and baking powder until coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In another bowl, whisk together orange juice, zest, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch.
