  • 4 zucchinis (spiralized into zoodles)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili oil
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toasted sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles and cut them to desired length.
  2. Toss zoodles with salt and place in a colander for 30 minutes to drain excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, coconut aminos, tahini, sesame oil, chili oil, and honey/maple syrup.
