  • 8 oz shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup chopped pickled banana peppers
  • 3 tbsp Beano submarine dressing
  • 4 oz deli sliced ham
  • 4 oz deli sliced salami
  • 4 oz deli sliced pepperoni
  • 46 oz smoked provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Kings Hawaiian Rolls (12-pack)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns. Place them in a baking dish and toast for about 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. While the rolls are baking, chop the deli meats and heat them in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, mayonnaise, red onion, dill pickles, banana peppers, and Beano dressing; stir until well mixed.
  5. Layer provolone cheese on toasted bottom buns, followed by heated deli meats. Cover with top buns.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning on top; bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  7. Spread the salad topping over the meat layer before serving.
