  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Red food coloring (to desired shade)
  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles (for filling)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap a 9-inch springform pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  2. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder, and red food coloring. Fold in whipped cream and sprinkles. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) in a water bath for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until edges are set.
  5. Cool in the oven with door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate overnight before serving.
