  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup dried cranberries (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cranberries and chives.
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
  3. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape and slice into approximately 16 rounds.
  4. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pinwheels cut-side up. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Parmesan if desired.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
