Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugars, coconut oil, sour cream, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and spices until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar and flour until smooth; pour over the batter.
