- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3–4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a medium bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Place the seasoned thighs in the baking dish and pour the sauce over them evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes; then remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
