  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 34 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
