Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs cabbage (about 7 cups shredded)
  • 3/4 English cucumber
  • 4 sprigs green onions (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp white distilled vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife until you have about 7 cups.
  2. For the cucumbers, trim the ends and cut lengthwise into quarters, then slice into thin triangle pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced cucumbers, and green onions; toss gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients: sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, dill, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic.
