Instructions
- Shred the cabbage using a mandoline slicer or sharp knife until you have about 7 cups.
- For the cucumbers, trim the ends and cut lengthwise into quarters, then slice into thin triangle pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, sliced cucumbers, and green onions; toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients: sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, dill, sugar, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Pour dressing over the salad mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for enhanced flavors.
