- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract, red food coloring, white vinegar, and cocoa powder until combined. Finally, fold in flour and salt.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of the brownie batter. Pour the remaining batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in 1 egg and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Spread the cheesecake layer over the brownie base and drop spoonfuls of reserved batter on top. Use a toothpick to create swirls.
