Instructions
- Cook quinoa by combining rinsed quinoa with 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
- Boil shelled edamame in water for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

- Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, and lime juice in another bowl until smooth; add warm water if needed for consistency.
