  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • For Topping: 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let it froth for about 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place in a greased bowl covered with a towel; let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted butter; sprinkle cinnamon-sugar topping evenly.
  6. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 pieces; place in greased baking dish and let rise again for about 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown; brush with melted butter after baking.
