Ingredients
- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 oz) package of softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Cut off the stems and slice each strawberry in half. Hollow out each half using a melon baller.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fill a piping bag with the filling and pipe it into each strawberry half.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and arrange on a platter.
