  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles
  • Fresh dill and onion for flavoring

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with dill pickle juice and let it marinate for 5 minutes before draining.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, remaining pickle juice, and Sriracha until smooth.
  4. Combine the marinated pasta with cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, chopped dill, and onion in a serving bowl. Toss with the dressing until well coated.
  5. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours before serving to enhance flavors.
