  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup butter (for coating)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a mini muffin or donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until well combined.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
  4. Fill each cavity of the prepared pan about three-quarters full with batter.
  5. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  6. While baking, melt butter in one shallow dish and mix sugar with cinnamon in another.
  7. Once baked and slightly cooled, roll each donut hole in melted butter then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.
