- 1 Poblano Pepper (chopped)
- 2 cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 can Black Beans (15 oz; drained)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Corn
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- Spices: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chili Powder, Dried Oregano, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin
Instructions
- In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and poblano pepper with half the seasoning blend. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
