- 2 large eggs

- ⅔ cup fine almond flour

- 2 cloves garlic

- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, chopped garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Mix until smooth and set aside.
- In another bowl, flake the salmon and mix it with beaten eggs, onion, almond flour, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
