Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice and zest of 2 large lemons
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 11/2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 11/2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice and zest, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and all herbs and spices. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour the marinade over your chosen steaks in a resealable bag or dish. Seal and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the marinade and grill for 4–5 minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached.
  4. Let the steaks rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
