  • 175 grams hot fruit juice (your choice)
  • 30 grams honey
  • 1 packet LMNT raw unflavored electrolyte salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef gelatin with cold fruit juice and set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining hot fruit juice with honey in a small pan until it simmers, then remove from heat.
  3. Mix the cold gelatin mixture into the hot juice thoroughly, adding the electrolyte salt.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit for 1-2 minutes to let bubbles dissipate.
  5. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least six hours or overnight until set.
  6. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
